The first sketch was done on a challenge to finish a new drawing in two minutes. The original is 2 inch square on a scrap of brown grocery bag. All sketches were intended for quick visual identification but, for non-motorcyclists, some explanation is needed. The second picture represents a 2-cycle engine "loaded up" with oil. One nurses the engine, gradually increasing speed until the excess oil is expelled. The last sketch portrays a rancher, protective of his cattle and jealous of the range.
