Moving to Australia brought many surprises, not the least being the cuisine set before me every day.  But first, Di makes me go walk about and catch the meat!  Me and Diane have gathered these recipes so that those not familiar with the unique Aussie tucker tastes may enjoy the same meals that I have shoved down me throat every bloody night.    (Bill Wheat)
