Diane Tells Our Story

good-bye It wouldnt be me if i didnt write about my wonderful experience that started over the internet.  I'll start at the beginning.  Chatting away in 30plus, i found the most interesting man who was exactly what i had dreamed about — the perfect match for me.  He intrigued me with his wonderful sense of humour and caring ways and he was always there for me when i needed a shoulder to cry on . . . or whenever i just needed company.  We chatted on and off for weeks, slowly becoming every day.  It seemed the day wasnt complete if we didnt have at least one hello.  I should tell you i am from Australia and he from America.  Soon we was best buddies talking and sharing each others company to the point where we just HAD to meet — we realised we was in love!

I planned a trip to see him and six months later we met for the first time.  Strange as it seems, it was like we had known each other for years.  Minutes after meeting, we was so at ease with each other . . . laughing . . . chatting . . . kissing of course.  On the weekend we decided to go away so left early in the morning.  Driving along this lovely country road, we crossed a small bridge.  The sun was just rising and the ice from the night before was just starting to melt.  The trees was glistening like glass.  I looked over at him and smiled.  Bill stopped the car and turned the engine off.  He looked deeply into my eyes and asked me to marry him.  Of course i said yes!  We spent our weekend as fiancés and stayed in the best room at a lovely motel.  Now even thousands of miles apart, we are very close and soon – very soon – will marry and live happily ever after !
