

Yep, it's a fake cover, but this Dakota did break the transmission three times, twisted the rear axle, and boiled the tires through third gear. It also towed my '69 Dart Great and got 20 MPG.

Mods included: Magnum Performance throttle body, K&N air filter, Doug Thorley headers, Gibson 3" cat back exhaust, March under drive pulleys, Mopar Performance computer, MSD 6A ignition/blaster 3 coil/8.8 wires, Splitfire plugs, Centerforce Dual Friction clutch, Lakewood traction bars, Centerline wheels (15X7 front, 15X8 rear), BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires (245X60 front, 295X50 rear), Ram air hood scoops ('70 Superbee scoops) with custom "Air Grabber" box, Rhino bed liner, Pace Edwards roll-top cover, Running boards/flares, Lund grill inserts, GTS headlight/tail light covers, Custom "DAKOTA R/T" (like '69 Dart GT) bumble bee stripe (before Dodge decided to make a Dakota R/T).

The DAKOTA R/T stripe (resembles '69 Dart GT stripe) on my '95 Dak. I made this long before I heard of the "real" Dakota R/T. Mopar must have seen this and thought it was a cool idea :~).
